We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to oversee the financial operations of our company. This role is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and helping leadership make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage company budgets and financial forecasts
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance
Prepare and review financial reports
Ensure financial records are accurate and compliant
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability
Provide financial guidance to company leadership
Oversee accounting and finance processes
Help develop long-term financial strategies

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience in finance, accounting, or financial management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial software
Strong communication and leadership skills
